What is the Verified badge and how do I get it?
The Verified badge shows customers that we've confirmed your business is real and registered. Submit your business license, EIN letter, or NC Secretary of State registration for review. We approve within 1–2 business days.
How do customer leads work?
When a homeowner submits a service request in your category and area, we route it to matching providers. You'll get notified and can respond directly.
